Smoking Chips are used to add individual smoke flavours to food. Apple Smoking Chips provide a natural sweetness that's mild enough to use with fish, shellfish, pork and poultry.

Soak before use in water, or if you are feeling adventurous you could soak them in beer, wine, fruit juice or cordial for extra flavour. For longer, slow cooks use Apple Smoking chunks.
